That's where we come in. We help people who want to build a barndominium-style home — think of it like a custom home that’s part barn-style, part dream house.

Most of our clients have no idea where to start or don't have the extra time to navigate the process with the builders and timelines. They’re overwhelmed and don’t know what’s required, and people need help finding a good builder and lender to finance it.

That’s where we come in.

We don’t actually build homes or give loans ourselves. Instead, we act as a concierge — we guide clients, answering their questions, and making solid introductions to the right people. And helping you navigate the complete process from start to finish on your dream barndominium. Completely taking the guess work out, and turning it into your life yes work.
